The range has no post of its own — this is assembled from the game's files and the notices that mention it. Every fact says where it came from.

The range is the line the game draws its map by: the Rune-Midgarts Kingdom is everything south of it, Client and Al De Baran sits at its northern end, just under the Schwarzwald border. Client

In the order of the levels of what spawns there, lowest first. Counts are the navigation table's; the server decides the real ones.

The twelve share four names in the game — North Side, South Side, South Foothills and North
Foothills — so the map code is what tells them apart. The names do not follow the compass
strictly: mjolnir_01 to 05 are all North Side, and
06 to 11 all South Side or its foothills.
Champions. A name with a prefix — Swift, Solid, Ringleader, Furious, Elusive — is a champion: a stronger version of one of the field's own monsters, with a page of its own. Every field here has one. In September 2023 the way some champions are summoned changed and their EXP was raised considerably. 2023 note

Inside the range the North Side runs in a line, 01 to 05, each
joined to the next; below it 06, 07 and 08 do the
same, 08 opens onto 09 and 10, and 10 onto
11. The two rows meet at
four places: 02–06, 03–07,
04–08 and 05–10.

Mistress

Mistress was one of six field bosses raised in August 2023, with Eddga, Phreeoni, the Orc Hero, the Orc Lord and Hatii: higher level, more HP and far more EXP. 2023 note The February 2024 rework lists her going from level 78 and 378,000 HP to level 101 and 2,481,570 HP, with base EXP from 184,140 to 3,626,637. 2024 note
The 2024 rework
In February 2024 the Rune-Midgarts fields were reworked, and the range changed more than most. 2024 note Its monsters went up in level, HP and EXP, the higher fields most of all, and their old equipment drops were replaced by new versions that drop with random options, or by materials. 2024 note

The four dwarves
A dwarf blacksmith stands at each end of the range, named for the dwarves who hold up the sky in Norse myth. They belong to the fourth god-item quest, Mjolnir: Thialfi in Prontera has a dream and sends you to find them. 2018 note It opens at level 70, once a hundred people have finished the Brisingamen quest before it. Client The quest's own text gives the order: east, south, west, then north.
Two more dwarves belong to the quest before it, Brisingamen: Berling, asleep by the river at
mjolnir_09 85 129, and Grer, at the end of a collapsed tunnel in the
Abandoned Mine.

Episode 1's second part, in November 2021, brings its story to the South Side: Kunya asks you
to find his master, the merchant chief Salih Hamid, and the search runs over several points on

The Abandoned Mine
Three floors under mjolnir_02, the range's one dungeon, for levels 22 to 49 with
one level 82 monster at the bottom. It has a guide of its own.
