※ Cross Event Participation Q&A Q. How do I change jobs? A. After reaching Base Lv. 10, you can proceed with the quest through the Valkyrie NPC. Q. Where is the Valkyrie NPC located? A. It is inside the Prontera Cathedral building. Q. How do I check the character info window? A. You can check the info window from [Menu▶Character] at the top of the game screen. Q. I can't write posts on the community. A. You can write posts and comments after logging into the community and completing identity verification. Q. Do I have to enter information on the [Verify Event Participation] page? A. The coupon will only be sent if you enter your email on that page. Q. I completed verification, but I haven't received my coupon! A. Coupons are sent via email to valid participants within 2 weeks after the event ends. Q. I entered the wrong email information. A. It is difficult to correct an incorrectly registered email, so please be careful. Q. It's been more than 2 weeks and I still haven't received my coupon! A.
