However, as unusual issues have continued to occur since the update, we checked with "KG Mobilians" regarding this issue and received the following information.
**■ If you are using an OS of Android 10 or below, you may experience unusual issues after the update.
■ Normal use is possible if you delete the app and reinstall it. (This applies regardless of how many times you delete and reinstall.)**
If you experience any unusual issues after the update, please contact the vendor directly, or leave a detailed report—including your phone's OS, phone model, and a description of the issue— via Homepage > Customer Center > 1:1 Inquiry, and we will forward it to the vendor for review.
We will make further efforts to prevent similar inconveniences from occurring.
