On October 29th, a tragic accident occurred at a gathering held for Halloween.
In remembrance of this unfortunate accident, we have decided to end the Halloween events that were currently in progress.

A national mourning period has been designated until 24:00 on November 5th. We extend our condolences and comfort to the bereaved families who are suffering due to this sudden accident, and we humbly pray for the repose of the departed.
