As previously announced, with the September 8th (Wed) maintenance, the experience points of some monsters in the Rachel field will be adjusted, and we would like to provide some additional information regarding this.
Our operations team is considering measures to establish a fair gaming environment, and we are currently reviewing internally the feedback that many customers have sent regarding the feature that allows characters to be followed through specific inputs in the party window.
We will provide further updates on this feature through the official website at a later date.
In addition, along with the notice about the experience point adjustments for some monsters in the Rachel field, many customers have submitted concerns regarding the repeated hunting of a specific monster.
That monster was intended to be hunted only within a limited scope while a quest is in progress, but we determined that action was necessary since continuously gaining experience at a designated location through repetitive actions differs from the intended purpose of the quest.
Accordingly, with the September 8th (Wed) maintenance, the experience points from the 'Sikchung' monster will be removed, and we would like to inform you that we are currently conducting a review to check for any similar cases with the same structure or anything we may have missed.
We apologize for not being able to respond promptly despite the many opinions that adventurers have sent us for the development of Ragnarok Online: Zero.
Going forward, we will exercise greater caution to prevent overall balance issues from occurring within the game, and we will strive to respond as quickly as possible if any overlooked issues or problems are discovered.
