First, we would like to provide an update to our customers who have been waiting for Ragnarok ZERO.
We have identified the cause of the issue where some connections were restricted during login and have applied a fix, and the 2nd in-game test will now proceed.
We are continuously working to achieve a smooth connection environment, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Additionally, in order to provide a smooth play environment for many customers, we have also added a new world.

During the test, the following situations may occur, so we ask for your understanding.

Purchase of cash items will be restricted during the test.

Previously purchased paid cash items and related items have been collectively retrieved for G Cash conversion,
and have been deleted; they will not be restored even after the official reopening.
