We would like to inform you of the following regarding the measures taken for the attendance reward issue.
As previously announced, action has been taken to recover and block the abnormal acquisition of Attendance Reward Tickets that occurred on December 8th.
This action was taken against accounts that abnormally acquired 10 or more Attendance Reward Tickets, based on our internal criteria, and the recovery and blocking measures were completed as of December 11th.
Additionally, we have decided to provide additional Attendance Reward Tickets to all customers who participated in the 3rd Anniversary Login Event. Please check the payment criteria below.
1. Those who attended 6 days during the Week 1 period (December 3 - December 8)
If you acquired fewer than 9 Attendance Reward Tickets, additional tickets will be provided to bring the total up to 9. Example) If you acquired 5 Attendance Reward Tickets during this period, 4 additional tickets will be provided.
2. Those who attended 6 days in any single week during the Week 2 ~ Week 5 period
If you acquired Attendance Reward Tickets during this period, 8 additional tickets will be provided.
※ Notes
- The additional Attendance Reward Tickets will be distributed sequentially after the regular maintenance on January 6, 2021.
- Attendance Reward Tickets will be deleted at the last maintenance in January 2021.
