We would like to inform you of the progress regarding the issue where the Day 6 attendance reward ticket from the 3rd Anniversary Login Event was distributed in duplicate.
Accounts that abnormally received the attendance reward ticket, as well as accounts to which items obtained through the use of said ticket were transferred, have been temporarily blocked, and data investigation and recovery procedures have been carried out.
A total of 114 accounts were temporarily blocked on December 8 (Tue). As of December 11 (Fri), 92 accounts have had their items recovered and their blocks lifted, while 22 accounts, from which the abnormally obtained items could not be recovered, will be permanently blocked in accordance with our operational policy.
