Following the update on Wednesday, December 2nd for game execution in multi-browser environments, we would like to provide guidance regarding the issue where the game does not launch via the official website.
As announced through our notices, if you have not received the client patch in advance, you will need to directly run the executable file within the Ragnarok Zero installation folder upon first execution in order for the game to run normally in multi-browser environments afterward.

Please navigate to the folder where Ragnarok Zero is installed. (The default installation path for Ragnarok Zero is C:\Gravity\RagnarokZero.)

Run the RagnarokZero.exe application within the folder, manually download the patch, and click the START button once.
If the game currently does not launch from the official website, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please try running the client via the executable file as guided above, and then access the game through the official website.
