Here is the information about the regular maintenance time and updates on December 2 (Wed).

■ Maintenance Time

  • All Servers: 10:00 ~ 16:00 (Completed)

※ During the maintenance period (10:00 ~ 11:00), GNJOY system maintenance will be conducted, so some services (login, web mall, cash charging) will be suspended.

■ Maintenance Details

  • The game will be changed to allow execution in a multi-browser environment.

    • If you have not received the client patch in advance, you must directly run the executable file in the Ragnarok Zero installation folder upon first execution in order to play the game in a multi-browser environment.

  • The December Snow Flower Festival event will be held.

    • Period: After the December 2, 2020 regular maintenance ~ Before the December 16, 2020 regular maintenance
    • Details: Visit the Snow Flower Festival administrator Winter (aldebaran 174 164) and enjoy the fun of winter! You can conveniently move to the Snow Flower Festival event venue by visiting the Snow Flower Festival promotion staff in each major city.

  • The December Attendance Check event will be held.

    • Period: After the December 2, 2020 regular maintenance ~ January 5, 2021 23:59
    • Details: If you attend for 20 days within the period, you can receive all rewards.

  • The 3rd Anniversary Winter Promotion event will be held.

    • Details will be announced during the regular maintenance.

  • Missing guide links in some quests in the Prontera region will be added.

  • The issue where NPC 'Instructor Fontes'' quest notifier does not work properly will be fixed.

  • The issue where some Tip Box links were not properly connected will be fixed.
