First, we would like to apologize to all customers who have been waiting for Ragnarok Zero.
Regarding the issues caused by the surge of concurrent connections after the 12/6 launch,
the relevant personnel are continuously carrying out investigation work.
We have determined that the cause is related to more users attempting to log in than the server can handle at once,
and in order to resolve this, we are additionally carrying out server expansion and related testing.
As various situations may occur, we are conducting additional comprehensive testing,
and we are working hard to ensure we do not disappoint our customers.
We are currently conducting tests in various ways to resolve the root cause,
and once we confirm the results, we will provide detailed information to our customers.
Once again, we bow our heads in apology to all customers who have waited for and supported Ragnarok Zero,
and we will make sure to return with a normalized service as quickly as possible through prompt investigation and action.
