We would like to inform you regarding the duplicate distribution of Return Promotion items.
It was confirmed that accounts that received the Return Promotion items on August 5th were able to receive them again upon reconnecting after 00:00 on August 6th,
and a temporary measure was implemented around 00:58 to address this issue.
After discussion regarding the additional item distribution, it has been decided to additionally provide the 
Promotion Anniversary Box and 
Booster Pack(1) upon logging into the game during the event period.
However, accounts that reconnected before 00:58 on August 6th and received the reward twice will not be able to receive any additional rewards,
and accounts that received the reward only once will be able to obtain the additional reward upon reconnecting to the game after 16:25.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused,
and we will continue to strive to improve Ragnarok Zero.
