This is the Gravity Ragnarok Zero Operations Team.
We would like to inform you about a change to the Ragnarok Zero patch download path.
In order to provide a more comfortable gaming environment for our customers,
the path used for providing patch downloads has been changed as of the regular maintenance on 2/26.
We have maintained the existing path for a certain period to ensure smooth gameplay,
but the existing download path will be discontinued starting 3/26.
There will be no changes for customers who have continued to play the game as usual,
but for customers who did not log in during the period from 2/26 to 3/25,
the patch download service will no longer be provided through the existing path.
These customers are requested to delete the currently installed Ragnarok Zero client,
then go to the homepage → Data Room to re-download the client in order to play the game.
We hope you will keep this in mind so that you do not experience any inconvenience while playing the game.
