We would like to inform you regarding the 
Hero's Storage Box issue that occurred before the regular maintenance on February 26, 2020.
When opening the Hero's Storage Box, additional openings should be blocked if a player possesses 30,000 or more of a specific item; however, it was confirmed that opening was possible under certain conditions, and temporary measures were taken during the regular maintenance on February 26.
An investigation was conducted on all accounts that used or attempted to open the Hero's Storage Box in relation to this issue, and we would like to inform you that the following actions have been taken.

Targets who recognized the bug initially, submitted a 1:1 inquiry, and did not exploit the bug afterward
