This is the Gravity Co., Ltd. Ragnarok Online: Zero operations team.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the restoration of data to a previous point in time.

We have confirmed that after the regular maintenance on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, it was possible to repeatedly complete certain quests,

and in order to ensure normal game progression, we were unavoidably compelled to restore the server data.

The data will be restored to the point of 15:00 on Wednesday, January 29, 2020,

and please note that after the temporary maintenance, quests will be able to proceed normally.

We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused, and compensation will be provided as follows.

  • Eligibility: Accounts with a login record between 15:00 ~ 16:00 on January 29, 2020

  • Distribution Schedule: To be distributed sequentially after the temporary maintenance on January 29, 2020

  1. Paid Item Purchaser Compensation

  • Eligibility: Accounts with a paid item purchase record between 15:00 ~ 16:00 on January 29, 2020

  • Reward Item: [Event] Special Tool Box Coupon x3

  • Distribution Schedule: To be distributed sequentially after the temporary maintenance on January 29, 2020

  • ※ Cash items purchased between 15:00 ~ 16:00 on Wednesday, January 29 will be collectively refunded as G Cash after the temporary maintenance.

  1. Server-wide Compensation

  • Reward 1: 50% increase in EXP & Drop Rate across all servers

  • Period: From after the temporary maintenance on January 29, 2020 until 10:00 on January 31, 2020

  • Reward 2: Skill & Stat Reset Statue NPC opened

  • Location: Please visit the Statue NPC located in front of the south gate of Payon.

  • Period: The NPC will appear after the temporary maintenance on January 29, 2020, and will automatically disappear after 24 hours.
