The details are as follows.

■ Details
- Due to the discontinuation of TLS 1.0 support, communication issues will be resolved by patching the security provider to enable the use of TLS 1.2
■ Resolution Method
- If Google Play Services is a version that supports security provider updates
(1) The security provider on the device will be automatically updated, after which the app can be used.
- If Google Play Services is a version that does not support security provider updates
(1) You will be taken to the Google Play Services update screen (Google Play Store).
(2) After the user updates Google Play Services, return to the app.
(3) The security provider on the device will be automatically updated, after which the app can be used.
- The security provider update is not something the user will notice directly; the Google Play Services update will only redirect the user to the store from within the app.
Please note that the user must proceed with the update themselves.
