We would like to inform you about the Thank You Gift Chicken Event that has been running since December 4, 2019.
During the Thank You Gift Chicken Event, an issue was found where the New User gift was being distributed in duplicate.
As of the morning of December 9th, a fix has been applied to prevent duplicate distribution.
For accounts that received the item in excess, we have completed data verification and would like to inform you that the entire amount of the relevant item has been recovered from those accounts.
Regarding the quantity that should be normally distributed, after data verification, it will be redistributed via RODEX, so please keep this in mind.
