We would like to provide guidance regarding beginner promotion booster equipment that was accidentally refined.
Among the items provided through the beginner promotion,
we have confirmed that some customers are experiencing difficulties in playing the game due to accidentally using the 
Booster Armor Upgrade Package on the Booster Power Armor Set.
After internal discussion regarding this issue, we have decided to help restore the equipment.
Following the maintenance on December 11, 2019, all customers who received a beginner promotion character
will additionally receive 5 Booster Armor Upgrade Packages via RODEX.
In addition, regarding the Booster Armor Upgrade Package, during the maintenance on December 11, 2019,
we will apply an additional restriction on the live server to prevent it from being reused on items that have already been refined to +9.
