Notice Regarding Difficulty Adjustment of Old Glast Heim (Revised) 옛 글래스트헤임 난이도 조절 관련 안내(수정)

This is the Gravity Co., Ltd. Ragnarok Online: Zero operations team.

We would like to inform you about the difficulty improvement of the Memorial Dungeon Old Glast Heim, which was updated on August 28, 2019.

The Old Glast Heim dungeon was updated for top-tier users as a dungeon with the highest difficulty level.

However, we have continuously received inquiries stating that the difficulty is too high to progress, and it has been confirmed that no user has cleared the dungeon.

As a result of internal discussions, we plan to proceed with difficulty improvement work for smoother dungeon progression,

and the difficulty improvement update is scheduled to be applied during maintenance on September 4.

Additionally, due to the difficulty improvement, the ongoing event schedule will be changed,

so please refer to the details below.

■ Difficulty Improvement Details

  1. Corpses that spawn maggots will be added.

  2. Amdarais' base combat power during the boss battle will be lowered compared to before.

  3. The amount of combat power increase for Amdarais upon contact with the Grim Reaper will be reduced.

  4. The damage of Earthquake used upon contact between the Grim Reaper and Amdarais will be reduced.

  5. Amdarais' motions will become faster.

  6. The minimum damage requirement to land an effective hit on Amdarais/Corrupted Soul will be reduced. (Revised)

  7. The Thunder Storm skill that swept across the boss battle field will be removed. (Added)

■ Event Change Details

  1. The Old Glast Heim update commemorative event period will be extended.

  • Previous: After the regular maintenance on August 28, 2019 ~ Before the regular maintenance on September 18, 2019

  • Changed: After the regular maintenance on August 28, 2019 ~ Before the regular maintenance on September 25, 2019

  1. The Time Wizard's dungeon reset period will be extended.

  • Previous: After the regular maintenance on August 28, 2019 ~ Before the regular maintenance on September 4, 2019

  • Changed: After the regular maintenance on August 28, 2019 ~ Before the regular maintenance on September 25, 2019

Due to the difficulty change, those who used the Time Wizard during the event period to reset the dungeon entrance waiting time

will be separately provided with the "Time Wizard's Ticket," which allows resetting the Old Glast Heim dungeon entrance waiting time.
