We kindly ask our customers to review the details below in advance to avoid any inconvenience while using the service. The details are as follows.
■ Date and Details
- August 20, 2019 (Tue) 02:50 ~ 03:30 (40 minutes)
- Identity verification service will be temporarily unavailable due to improvement work on the SKT identity verification service system
- SKT MVNO, KT, and LGU+ are not affected by this work
- August 21, 2019 (Wed) 00:00 ~ 04:00 (4 hours)
- Due to improvement work on the LGU+ Easy Identity Verification Service (PASS) system, the Easy Identity Verification Service (PASS) will be unavailable only on devices running Android versions below 6.0
- LGU+'s general identity verification service (SMS) and SK, KT are not affected by this work
