We would like to inform you about the essence granting and refining issue related to Beginner Promotion equipment that was granted by mistake.
Among the items provided through the Beginner Promotion,
we have confirmed cases where the 
Booster Power Essence Enchant Ticket and 
Booster Armor Upgrade Package were used by mistake,
causing difficulties in smooth gameplay.
After internal discussion regarding this matter, we have decided to assist with restoration once per account,
and restoration will be available until the regular maintenance on September 4, 2019, so please take note of this.
Additionally, a confirmation window that allows you to double-check the selected essence when granting an essence
will be additionally applied to the live server during the regular maintenance on July 17.
Please refer to the details below regarding the essence and refining restoration.
[Booster Power Essence Enchant Ticket]
If you used a Booster Power Essence Enchant Ticket to grant an unwanted essence to a 
Booster Power Suit,
it will be changed to a grantable essence once per account.

If you used a Booster Power Superior Essence Enchant Ticket to grant an unwanted essence to a Booster Power Suit,
it will be changed to a grantable essence once per account.

If 2 or more Booster Armor Upgrade Packages were used on a single Booster Power armor,
equipment that cannot be upgraded due to insufficient quantity will be changed to +9 refine.
If the refined armor has already been manually refined, restoration is not possible, and when the refine is changed,
all Booster Armor Upgrade Packages currently held will be deleted entirely.
※ If armor that could not use the Booster Armor Upgrade Package was manually refined,
the materials consumed during refining cannot be restored. (Added)
Restoration is available only once per account, and if you submit a 1:1 inquiry according to the form below,
we will check and assist with restoration in sequential order.
