This is the Ragnarok Online: Zero operations team at Gravity Co., Ltd.
We would like to inform you about an issue involving abnormal EXP acquisition upon completing the daily quests in the Lighthalzen Bio Dungeon.
It was confirmed that there was a discrepancy in the amount of EXP received when individually completing the 6 types of daily quests on Bio Dungeon Floor 3, and this issue was addressed through the emergency maintenance on 1/31.
Regarding this matter, for those who received rewards by completing the quests in bulk between the regular maintenance on 1/30 and the emergency maintenance on 1/31,
an EXP item (untradeable in all respects) will be provided to compensate for the difference in daily quest reward EXP.
The item to be provided will be character-bound, usable only by the relevant character (storage transfer will also not be possible),
and the compensation will be distributed sequentially starting from 2/13.
We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience this has caused,
and we will strive to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
