Ragnarok: Zero Detailed Information 라그나로크 : 제로 관련 상세안내

Hello. This is the Gravity Co., Ltd. Ragnarok Online: Zero Operations Team.

Since the start of the Ragnarok: Zero FINAL TEST on 11/20, we have received numerous inquiries, so we would like to provide the following information.

1. Regarding Lucky Box

  • In-game Lucky Boxes have been opened for free use for testing purposes. The contents of the Lucky Box are currently applied as buff items for testing various content, but the contents will be changed upon the 12/6 launch.

  • Free use of the Lucky Box will be available from 11/20 to 11/21. (Updated 11/21)

  • For further various testing, 40 Gel Stars will be provided once per account per day. (11/22 ~ 12/4) (Gel Stars can be used for various purposes such as the Lucky Box and the Easy Travel system.)

  • The Lucky Box can basically be used by consuming Gel Stars, but it can also be obtained as a reward for in-game achievements and quests, so please make use of it often. (Depending on quest difficulty and achievement type, up to 20 usage tickets may be provided.)

2. Regarding Security Password

  • Currently, the secondary security password for the Ragnarok: Zero FINAL TEST is applied, but some customers have reported that it cannot be reset.

    Therefore, the security password will not be applied during the FINAL TEST period, from 11/20 to 12/5. (The security password will only be disabled during the FINAL TEST period; it will be applied again upon official launch.)

  • The security password removal process will be applied from 11/20 17:00 to 17:20.

3. Other FINAL TEST Related Information

  • The Ragnarok: Zero FINAL TEST is not solely for conducting tests.

    In order to communicate with our customers and showcase the changes, we are preparing various events, such as a guerrilla event that gives out items just for logging in, and a monster summon event to test the strength of your character, so please continue to check the notices on the homepage.
