We would like to inform you about cases where, among the customers who participated in the Ragnarok Zero Jumping Pre-Registration Event,
the character was not granted due to insufficient character grant conditions.
※ Conditions for Non-Grant of Pre-Registration Jumping Character
- If there are insufficient character slots on the account

In the case of the
Brynhild server, since character deletion was not carried out after the merge, if you possess more characters than your available character slots,the Jumping character will not be granted.
- If no character exists on the applied server

If you applied for pre-registration but do not have even a single character on the server you applied for,
the Jumping character will not be granted.
For customers who fall under the above conditions, the character entered at the time of pre-registration will be granted during next week's regular maintenance.
Please be sure to secure a character slot and create a character on the relevant server before the regular maintenance.
