In order to provide a more comfortable environment where many players can enjoy Ragnarok Zero together,
we have decided to proceed with the server merge that many customers have inquired about and suggested.
The details are as follows.
■ Server Merge Schedule

Only duplicate character names will be forcibly changed with a server initial and serial number attached.
"_(Server Initial)" will be added after the character name (if the character name is still duplicated, a (No.) will be added)
If the character name exceeds 20 bytes, the excess portion will be removed (character name limit: 23 bytes)
ex: RagnarokZero (
Gungnir server) → RagnarokZero_GRagnarokZeroEseoGwangRaebeul → RagnarokZeroEseoGwang_G
※ A number is only added in the case of multiple duplicates

※ After the server merge, all characters in the account (up to 14) can be accessed, but they will be sorted according to the criteria below,
and the remaining characters, excluding the 7, will be deleted after a 3-month grace period (October 10).
(Deleted characters cannot be restored, so please organize the items held by your characters in advance
before characters are deleted.)

Megingjard server characters will be sorted first, followed by Gungnir server characters (remaining characters excluding 7 will be deleted)- ※ If a character to be deleted is a Guild Master, please be sure to change the Guild Master beforehand.
- A one-time character name change opportunity will be granted only for duplicate character names.

※ The character name change opportunity is only given if there is an identical character name on the server being merged,
and there is no character name change opportunity when there is no duplicate character name.
Once a character name has been changed, it cannot be changed again, so please change it carefully.
- Each character will be given 2 slot move opportunities.

※ On October 10, all characters except those remaining in "Slots 1 ~ 7" will be deleted,
so please proceed carefully when changing character slots.
■ Storage, Guild Storage, RODEX, Banking
- In-game storage will be provided so that up to 2 (2 Kafra Storages) can be used.
- Please find the Storage Support Service NPC located on the platform in Prontera.

The applied storage will be deleted, leaving only 1 Kafra Storage, after a 6-month grace period.
(After storage deletion, items etc. cannot be restored, so please organize your storage within the grace period.)

Storage will be applied as
Megingjard (Storage 1) and Gungnir (Storage 2), and after the 6-month grace period ends,Gungnir (Storage 2) will be deleted. -
Storage names will be provided with a number displayed on each storage, and storages to be deleted will also be marked accordingly.

Guild Storage items and deposit/withdrawal history will all be maintained and provided.

All RODEX items will be transferred, and the existing mail validity period will be applied the same as before.

For Banking, the amounts from both servers will be combined and applied.

- Only duplicate guild names will be forcibly changed with a server and serial number attached.

※ For guilds with a serial number attached, change requests will be accepted through the 1:1 inquiry on the website, and will be batch-changed every Wednesday.

※ Only requests received before the Wednesday maintenance start time can be processed, and requests received after the maintenance time
will be batch-changed the following week.

Guild members, positions, and tax rates will be applied the same as before.

For merged servers, the set guild emblem will be reset, so please prepare the guild emblem you wish to use after the server merge in advance.
■ Other

On the merged server, Siege War will be possible while the Hideout has no ownership.
The Hideout's commercial rate will be uniformly adjusted to "1".

Rankings (Blacksmith, Alchemist) will all be reset. (Corrected)

※ Blacksmith: There will be no change to the random options granted to previously crafted weapons.
Alchemist: The effects of Ranker Potions will be removed upon application.

Battlefield information, Clan information, Party information, and Friend lists will all be reset.

Marriage and adoption information, warp points, Cupet or Homunculus, and hotkey save information will be maintained.

For account buffs, the buff from the server with the most remaining buff time will be applied.
(For other buff times, the remaining time will be restored as items.)

Past trade records related to the market price page will all be deleted.

Memorial Dungeon cooldowns will not be reset.

All menus on the website that displayed server names will be updated to reflect the changed server.

Item serial numbers for both merging servers will all be newly assigned.
(Before the server merge, you will need to back up and keep your data, and starting 15 days before the server merge, account theft report reception and
processing will be suspended.)

Strengthening Security for Accounts Not Used for a Long Period
For situations where using MOTP is difficult and the account will not be used for an extended period, you may request usage restriction measures
to prevent potential damage in advance.
For usage restriction measures, you can request this through the 1:1 inquiry after identity verification.
Identity verification is also required when lifting the usage restriction.
