We ask that all customers familiarize themselves with the following information so as not to experience any inconvenience while using the service.

- Fraudulent Verification Blocking/Prevention Policy

Cases where identity verification information (date of birth, name, gender, etc.) does not match

Cases where the SMS verification code sent to the mobile phone number is not entered correctly

Cases where the mobile carrier's simple identity verification app is not installed or the user is not subscribed

Cases of abnormal service requests/access attempts

In such cases, service usage will be restricted (temporarily blocked) for the corresponding mobile phone number for that day only.

Normal service usage will be available starting from 00:00 the following day.
