We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused during use of our service.

We would like to provide detailed information regarding compensation for the [Account Drop Rate Increase] cash item.

For the Account Drop Rate Buff Box and Account Drop Rate 7-Day Buff Box cash items you purchased,

the entire purchased quantity will be converted to G-Cash following the maintenance on April 18th.

If you wish to request a cash refund after the conversion to G-Cash, please refer to the information below to submit your request,

and please check the compensation payment date.

■ Items Subject to G-Cash Conversion

  • The entire purchased quantity of Account Drop Rate Buff Box and Account Drop Rate 7-Day Buff Box

  • ※ If you purchased multiple items, the entire purchased quantity will be converted to G-Cash on April 18th.

  • ※ In the case of gift payments, the G-Cash will be converted to the account of the purchaser of the gift item.

7-Day Box Purchasers: 1 [Not for Sale] Account Drop Rate 7-Day Buff Box will be given

@ Additional Compensation: 1 Gift of Apology will be given

Payment Period: From April 16th 19:00 ~ April 30th 23:59:59

Contents: Account EXP Buff (30 days), Account Death Penalty Buff (30 days),

Account Warehouse Expansion Buff (30 days), World Tour Ticket (10 pieces)

※ Given once per account with purchase history, and can only be moved via warehouse.

2. Compensation for All Players

@ EXP & Drop Rate 30% Increase Event

Period: From after the temporary maintenance on April 16th ~ before the regular maintenance on April 25th

※ Since the 30% Drop Rate Increase Event is currently ongoing, the drop rate will be applied as a 60% increase event during the event period.

@ 1 Apology Ring Box will be given

※ Given once per account, and once the box is opened, warehouse storage and all forms of transfer are not possible.

Payment Period: From after the temporary maintenance on April 16th ~ April 30th 23:59:59

Reward Item: Ring of Apology (Rental Item)

A box containing 1 Ring of Apology and 1 Magnifier. Usable for 30 days after opening.
