We would like to inform you about the ROS 2026 Korea Representative Selection Tournament and the practice server. Please refer to the details below.
■ Practice Server Termination
- Date: 2026, ~After 10:00 on Thursday, August 27~ until after 11:30 on Monday, August 31 (Content edited 8/31 12:10)
- Details: All practice characters will be reset. Tournament accounts will be reset and general access IPs will be blocked. (Content added 8/31 12:10) ※ Practice server maintenance is scheduled to take place after 10:00 on Thursday, August 27, 2026.
■ Tournament Account Setup
- Date: ~After maintenance ends on Thursday, August 27, 2026, 14:00 15:00~ until 10:00 on Friday, August 28, 2026~
- Date: Thursday, August 27, 2026 ~17:00~ ~18:00~ 17:08 until 15:00 on Friday, August 28, 2026 (Content edited 8/27 17:10)
- Details: During this period, you may set up characters on the account you will use in the tournament. ※ The maintenance end time will be announced later through an edit to this notice.
■ Tournament Server Access Restriction
- Date: After 11:00 on Friday, August 28, 2026
- Details: General access IPs will be blocked to allow for prior setup of the PC bang venues hosting the tournament.
※ Important Information Regarding the ROS 2026 Korea Representative Selection Tournament
- Please complete your tournament account setup in advance to ensure the tournament proceeds smoothly on the day of the event.
- On the day of the tournament, all participating players will be required to verify their identity by presenting ID before the match begins upon entering the venue, so please be sure to bring your ID with you. (Acceptable ID: Resident Registration Card, Driver's License, Passport, Copy of Resident Registration)
- Minors are asked to bring a passport and a copy of their resident registration for identity verification.
- Parking support is difficult to provide at the tournament PC bang, so please use public transportation.
- Participation reward will be given only once per person, based on the account with which they first registered.
- If a participant belongs to two or more teams that place in the rankings on the day of the tournament, only the reward for the highest ranking will be given, and only once. e.g., If a player registered for two or more teams and those teams place 1st and 3rd, only the 1st place reward will be given.
- If a team is unable to field at least 5 players on the day of the tournament, it will be processed as a forfeit.
- If the number of available players is fewer than 5 before the first match begins, it will be processed as a forfeit, and that team will be excluded from receiving the participation reward.
- If a team participates in its first match on the day of the tournament, the participation reward will still be given even if the team forfeits in a later round.
- If a team is excluded from ranking rewards due to a forfeit, the reward of the next-ranked team will be upgraded by one tier.
- Players eligible for transportation cost reimbursement should submit a copy of their ID (front and back), a transportation expense receipt, and a copy of their bankbook to '[email protected]' after the tournament ends, and payment will be made in a lump sum after the tournament concludes.
