In order to provide a more stable MOTP authentication service and respond to the latest security policies, the supported operating system (OS) standard for the MOTP app will be changed.
Please check the details of the change below and refer to it when using the service.

- Existing: Supports versions below Android 5.1
- Changed: Supports Android 5.1 (API 22) or higher

- On devices below Android 5.1, app usage (installation/reinstallation/update) may be restricted after the effective date.
- Whether an already installed app can still be used may vary depending on the device environment, so we recommend updating to the latest operating system for smooth service use.
- If you have difficulty using the MOTP service, please contact the KG Financial Customer Center (1800-0678).
