Hello. This is the Gravity Co., Ltd. Ragnarok Zero Operations Team.
We would like to provide the following guidance to help prevent fraud in Ragnarok Zero.
Please check carefully so that you can protect your precious personal information and items!
■ How to Prevent Fraud
-
When trading with another character, please be sure to check the other party's character name.
-
When exchanging items via 1:1 chat, please verify whether the other person is a friend or guild member.
-
Never trade with someone who impersonates a GM and demands personal information or items. Please take screenshots of the conversation and report it through 1:1 Inquiry.
-
If someone induces you into a cash transaction when purchasing items, please report it as 'Cash Trading (Attempt)'.
■ Please Be Sure to Remember!
-
The Exchange and RODEX systems do not support item verification or inspection functions.
-
Evidence screenshots are absolutely required when filing a damage report. Conversation logs that you have saved on your own will not be accepted as evidence.
-
Fraud damage reports must be submitted via 1:1 Inquiry within 3 days from the date of the incident. Reports submitted after this period will not be accepted.
-
The Operations Team will never ask for your account name and password within the game under any circumstances.
-
If you are a victim of a cash trading scam when purchasing items, no compensation can be provided.
Thank you.
