For normal use of the service, please update your device's security patch version and the MOTP app to the latest version before use.

Regarding the MOTP service, it has been confirmed that on certain devices, accessing the app causes it to close abnormally.
The issue is currently being investigated by the vendor, and in order to minimize disruption to service use, we would like to inform you that you can use the 'App Version Adjustment (Downgrade)' method via the Google Play Store.
■ MOTP App Crash-Affected Models
- Affected Devices: Samsung Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+
※ Similar symptoms may occasionally occur on other devices using the same Google Android environment.
■ How to Adjust App Version
- Phone [Settings] > [Biometrics and Security] > [Other Security Settings] > [Device Admin Apps] or [Phone Admin Apps]
- If [Find My Device] is checked, uncheck it
- [Settings] > [Applications] > Search [Google Play Store] > Click the 3-dot menu at the top > [Uninstall Updates]
If the same issue occurs even after adjusting the app version, please submit a 1:1 inquiry with your device model name, OS version, time of occurrence, etc.
