We would like to inform you of issues that occurred after the regular maintenance on April 15, 2026.
- An issue where the items included in the
Gumamon Growth Package do not stack with existing items - An issue where there is no escape NPC or portal in the Gumamon Event area
In the Gumamon Event area, you can escape by moving to the character selection screen, or by using items that allow movement to other areas such as 
World Tour Ticket, 
Butterfly Wing, or 
Eden Group Mark. We will work to fix this issue in the next regular maintenance.
As compensation for the inconvenience caused by this issue, we will be providing 10 World Tour Tickets via RODEX starting at 19:00, available until the regular maintenance on April 29, 2026.

Also, if you are having difficulty using 
Gel Star due to it not stacking, please move to your storage and take them out one type at a time. If you need item stacking, please submit a 1:1 inquiry and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
