This is a notice regarding the "illegal programs" issue that has been raised recently.
Currently, many issues related to illegal programs are occurring.
Our Ragnarok ZERO team is also aware of this matter,
and while we are conducting crackdowns through various methods, illegal program issues continue to occur.
Therefore, our Ragnarok ZERO team is developing various systems to prevent the use of illegal programs.
Regarding illegal programs that exploit the client login method to connect,
we plan to apply newly developed measures on 1/31 to minimize illegal activity.
In addition, we are working on system improvements including the introduction of various programs to further strengthen in-game security,
and as soon as the schedule for applying these ongoing developments is confirmed, we will announce it through the website as our top priority.
Furthermore, our company is continuously pursuing legal action against sellers and distributors of illegal programs, not only for Ragnarok ZERO but for all of our games.
In particular, we have completed collecting all information on those involved in the illegal programs related to the currently controversial Ragnarok ZERO issue,
and we intend to proceed with legal procedures in accordance with the relevant laws.
(This also applies equally to Ragnarok Online.)
We therefore ask for our users' cooperation in eradicating illegal programs,
and we also ask that you be careful to avoid any disadvantages that may arise in connection with this matter.
The Ragnarok ZERO team will continue to work to eradicate illegal programs in-game,
and will keep striving to ensure that our customers can enjoy the game in a pleasant environment.
