If you click on a URL included in a smishing text message,
it may install a malicious app on your phone or lead you to a phishing site,
causing personal information leaks and inducing small-sum payments, among other issues.

■ How to Respond
- Do not click on URLs or phone numbers in texts from unknown sources.

If you receive a text or call about a credit card or delivery you did not apply for being shipped, please suspect voice phishing.

To prevent unwanted financial transactions due to personal information leaks,
please apply for small-sum payment blocking and credit transaction protection services.
- Mobile small-sum payment blocking: Contact your telecommunications carrier's customer center
- Credit transaction protection: Visit your financial institution (Check list of supported financial institutions)
- Please refrain from using illegal private loans.
