We would like to provide detailed information regarding the Vanadis rewards.
On June 19, 2024, the Vanadis (Arunafeltz) Hideout was opened as one of the 5th region SE Siege War locations.
The 
treasure boxes from the Hideout are supposed to be distributed in varying quantities according to the commercial level.
However, it was confirmed that after opening, Vanadis was distributing a fixed quantity regardless of commercial level,
and this issue was corrected during the regular maintenance on December 4, 2024.
As part of the compensation plan for the Vanadis guild content issue, we decided to provide Siege War rewards so that more players, not just those who enjoy this specific content, can experience the enjoyment of Siege War. We have decided to grant rewards to Masters who possess a guild, which is the minimum requirement for participating in Siege War.
We previously announced that rewards would be given to all guild Masters during the affected period, at a rate of 1 per day from the point of occurrence; however, this was incorrectly stated and was corrected the same day. We apologize for the confusion this caused.
Since the treasure boxes are items summoned from the guild Hideout,
a separate consumable item needed to be created after confirming the issue,
which is why the process took a considerable amount of time. We appreciate your understanding.
For the Masters of guilds that ultimately obtained a Hideout through Siege War, additional rewards will be sent via RODEX this week, based on the guild Master status as of January 14.
The rewards provided to the guild that obtained each Hideout are as follows:

Regarding the recent community concerns about the increased items obtained from treasure boxes within the server,
we will make every effort through internal discussion to prevent the situations you are worried about from occurring.
However, we will continue to monitor the situation closely in case any unforeseen circumstances arise.

The distribution of the 'Zero Treasure Chest Summoned' item as compensation has been completed
for all characters holding the Master position based on guild data during the 1st and 2nd occurrence periods.
Since treasure boxes can only be entered once per day,
the compensation was calculated at a rate of 12 1 per day from the point of occurrence,
so there may be differences in the number of rewards received per character if the guild Master position changed. (Edited 1/10 17:01)
**The 'Zero Treasure Chest Summoned' item cannot be used in towns, inside towns,
or on quest-exclusive maps.
It will be deleted during the 1st week of December 2025 regular maintenance, and recovery afterward may be difficult, so please use it before the expiration period.**

Regarding the Vanadis Siege War, it has been confirmed that the guild Hideout treasure box quantity
was fixed at 12 regardless of commercial level.
- 1st Occurrence Period: June 19, 2024 ~ July 3, 2024
- 2nd Occurrence Period: November 6, 2024 ~ December 4, 2024
Accordingly, we plan to distribute the 'Zero Treasure Chest Summoned' item to guild Masters.
The 'Zero Treasure Chest Summoned' item can be used in the Hideout,
but cannot be used in towns, inside towns, or on quest-exclusive maps.
Additionally, this item will be deleted during the 1st week of December 2025 regular maintenance, and if you fail to receive it due to RODEX expiration, please note that we may not be able to provide separate assistance.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused to your gameplay experience, and we will make greater efforts to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
