[How to Check Personal Information]
- Log in to the Ragnarok Zero website → Click the 'Edit Personal Information' tab at the bottom
- Log in to GNJOY → Click your ID → Click My Info
※ Please make sure your address does not contain errors such as the following:
- The address field is empty or contains false information (e.g., 1234 qwer, etc.)
- Only the general area name is provided without a specific street number (e.g., My House, Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, etc.)
- The address includes a building unit number (dong/ho) but no building name (apartment or villa name, etc.) (e.g., 203-dong 101-ho, Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul)
- The address includes a building name but no unit number (dong/ho) (e.g., Nurikkum Apartment 101-ho, Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul)
