This is a notice regarding the blocking of some overseas IPs.
First, we deeply thank our customers for the interest and affection you have shown toward Ragnarok Zero.
Recently, malicious attempts to access other players' accounts have been detected in some overseas regions, along with excessive traffic being generated at the same time.
Regarding this matter, we have primarily blocked these malicious attempts by strengthening our security and system settings.
However, there is an increasing possibility that these continued attempts will cause inconvenience and damage to the website and game usage of the many players who use the game normally.
Therefore, in order to protect the accounts of the many players using our domestic servers and to provide stable service, Ragnarok Zero intends to block access from certain overseas IPs.
The regions to be IP blocked are China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
Since malicious access attempts from overseas can cause great damage to many customers, we ask for your generous understanding as we inevitably proceed with blocking IPs from these regions.
