First, regarding the login server overload issue that caused a lot of inconvenience after the Ragnarok Zero launch,
the fix has been completed during the December 27 regular maintenance, and the service is now available for normal use.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused,
and we would like to thank our customers who trusted and waited for Ragnarok Zero.
As in-game access and usage have been proceeding smoothly, we will be opening the Ro Shop along with the official service launch,
and the Ro Shop will be available for use after the maintenance on December 28, 2017.
