  • Fixed an issue where the Costume Harvest Festival Hat was being obscured by wigs.

  • Fixed an issue where the effect images were not being applied to character appearances for some costume items.

  • Fixed an issue where the Beret's damage reduction effect was not applied to players.

  • Fixed an issue where the Lesser Guild Manteau's damage reduction effect was applied incorrectly.

    • The damage reduction effect, which was applied at 1%, has been corrected to 2% to match the description.

  • The War of Emperium open regions will be changed.
