4. Notice Regarding Illegal Programs

10. Usage Restriction Policy Notice10.1 Basic Usage Restriction Policy
- If a user obtains unjust benefits such as items, experience points, or game money (Zeny) through actions that violate the Terms of Service or Operation Policy, such as account theft, bug or system exploitation, or the use of auto-hunting or game hacking programs, all unjust benefits gained through such violations may be recovered or adjusted. If it is difficult to recover the unjust benefits because the user has already used part of them, items of similar value will be carefully selected and recovered as a substitute.
- If a user's usage has been restricted due to a violation of the Terms of Service or Operation Policy, inquiries can be made through 1:1 Customer Support.
10.2 Criteria for Penalty Points by In-Game Violation Type
