When the weapon's ability activates with a certain chance, it inflicts Critical Wounds on the target, reducing the healing amount of Heal, Sanctuary, and Aid Potion by 20%. The healing amount is also reduced by 20% when consuming some recovery items. At refine level 9 or higher, the reduced healing amount increases to 40%.
